Our 3rd cohort of apprentices and trainees enjoyed an inspiring and high energy 2 day Introduction to Sales workshop recently, delivered by Simon Toy of Performance Associates. In addition to this Academy workshop, Simon has delivered many successful workshops for Brokerbility including Sales Masterclasses, Leadership and Sales Competencies workshops.
On day one the delegates were sent on a journey encompassing the sales process, effective planning, how to develop a positive mind-set and getting into the sales zone. They quickly realised that everything they were learning could be used in everyday life as well as their workplace; regardless in which department they worked.
An evening meal in Marcos restaurant provided light relief from all their hard work!
Day two focused on identifying and creating customer needs, gaining commitment and dealing with objections. This was followed by a round of team presentations on what had resonated most to them throughout the course and how they would apply the lessons learnt back in the workplace.
