The Brokerbility Academy welcomed new apprentices and trainees at our latest Induction Event in London.

This event featured a welcome and introduction to Brokerbility, a detailed summary of the BPP apprenticeships programme and the opportunity to personally meet and learn from some of our industry leaders including Steve White,CEO of BIBA.

Topped with the experience of a privately guided tour of the iconic Lloyds of London, we think they received a great start to their new careers!. Thanks go to Miles Smith who hosted the visit for us.

Umar from BPP put the delegates through their paces in a challenge to produce adverts to attract young people into our profession. The winning presentation was given by Team 'The Strong Couple' aka George Dudley and Nathan Elton who each received a £30 shopping voucher from chief judge Ashwin Mistry.

Laura Miller from Clear, one of our previous successful graduates, kindly agreed to be ‘interviewed’ by David McCallum in a ‘world of work’ session giving valuable insights of her apprenticeship journey and career since graduating with the Academy.
